One of the recent episodes of Ugly Betty ended with a mesmerizing song playing in the background, and after a little googling, I discovered that it was a song called “Breathe” by the music duo Two of Cups.

This song is beautiful. I also heard it for the first time at the end of Ugly Betty. It brought me to tears. I think it should be played over the Presidential Debates. It’s really all people need to hear. Enough with all the fighting. We’re all the same.
I couldn’t agree more with both of you! It’s ironic, I’m listening to the song on my iPod as we speak. I also heard it at the end of Ugly Betty two weeks ago and even went so far as to write into the abc.com Ugly Betty blog to try and find out what it was.
I too believe that it should be played over the debates…I wonder if it would make a difference??? It’s a nice thought though.

This song is now available for download on Amazon. Does anyone else hear that buzzing/feedback sound that starts around the 1 minute mark?
I don’t hear the buzzing on the version that I downloaded from iTunes at the 1 minute mark. If that’s where you got yours from, you can let them know and they’ll usually issue you another download to replace the defective one.
@deek1973: I previewed the file on iTunes the other night and heard the buzzing. I also heard it on the MySpace page for the artist, and in the mp3 that I downloaded from Amazon. All were from different sources and on different media players, so I will assume that the noise I’m hearing is intentional.
